H.I.S School is a small private STEM preschool that focuses on the individual needs of students. H.I.S School has a loving and nurturing environment that places the safety of students first. Students are taught in classrooms with a student-teacher ratio of 6:1. The infant room is 4:1.
Our primary aim at H.I.S School is to create an interest in STEM in our students. In addition, we want to build a community of learners by providing children with enriching experiences to develop self-confidence, independence, and strong cognitive and social skills. We respect the dignity, worth, and individuality of each child and are committed to helping children achieve their full potential.
Our philosophy is based on the belief that children learn best at an early childhood program that provides developmentally appropriate and challenging educational experiences. Our early childhood program is designed to provide a stimulating learning environment that supports the spiritual, social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of every child. In this engaging environment, children learn through appropriate play experiences that encourage active participation in learning. The vehicle used to achieve this goal is known as progressive education.
